Tony Furtado Band He's been called a genius on banjo and slide guitar and his own creative interpretation of Americana and indie rock is mesmerizing. Onstage, he owns the room, mixing stories of his travels with musicianship that is off the charts. An enthralling live performer, he's lived primarily on the road for the last two decades. Tony is gregarious, insanely talented, engaging and entertaining. |

Wheeler Brothers Formed in Austin, the Wheeler Brothers have emerged as one of the most exciting bands breaking out of Texas. Validation came in March of 2012 when WB won Best New Band and Best Roots Rock Band at the Austin Music Awards. Here at the festival we love American Roots Music, a.k.a. Americana, so it's so cool to have them join us this year. |

Ray Bonneville with Nina Gerber Ray Bonneville is a roaming blues poet and musician. He received the top honor at the 28th Annual International Blues Challenge this past February in Memphis in the solo/duet category, which is perhaps the finest honor anyone playing the blues can receive. Nina Gerber, a nationally renowned guitarist in her own right, and a festival fav, will be joining Ray making for a duet from another planet. |

The Joe Craven Trio The JCT is a whirled roots and jazz celebration. A power trio of keyboards, key bass, drums, fiddle, mandolin, found sound and vocals, this celebration is a surprisingly full sound for a party of three, paying tribute to Traditional American Folk, Blues, New Orleans, Swing, Funk, as well as the music of Brazil, Haiti, Ireland, Cuba and Puerto Rico. The music is crisp, tight and full of groove. Get your groove shoes on! |

Birds of Chicago Birds of Chicago are Allison Russell (Po' Girl) and JT Nero (JT and the Clouds). Allison's clarion voice wraps around the broken country-soul croon of JT, delivering their tales of hope, despair and...seahorses (guess you'll have to come to learn about seahorses). Echoes of mountain gospel, doo wop, and classic soul, with back porch instrumentation. We're looking forward to two of the most compelling new voices in American music gracing our stage. |

"A sledgehammer to my heart."
